Bid / Tender Manager
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is seeking an experienced Bid / Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tender submissions for major civil and infrastructure projects across Singapore. You will own commercial strategy, costing coordination and stakeholder engagement through to contract award and handover.
ABOUT THE JOB
- End-to-End Bid Leadership: Own the full bid lifecycle from opportunity review through submission and clarification.
- Commercial Strategy & Costing: Shape win themes, pricing strategy and cost inputs with estimating and commercial teams.
- Risk & Contract Analysis: Review tender conditions, identify commercial risks and propose mitigation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align engineering, procurement, planning and delivery teams to a single bid narrative.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage communications with clients, partners and internal leadership throughout the process.
- Management Reporting & Handover: Track bid progress, report status clearly and hand over awarded jobs cleanly.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years of bid management experience within the heavy civil construction sector, including experience leading a team.
- Previous exposure to large-scale local transport and infrastructure contracts.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and industry-standard estimating software.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
